Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Department Manager to lead our Fast Lube team in Charlotte. As a key member of the Krause Auto Group, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate Fast Lube staff, including technicians, to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payroll, inventory, and tool needs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and improve technician productivity, document repairs and orders accurately, and maintain profitability while controlling expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
  • At least 2 years of automotive management and customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
