Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Professional

About the Role:

Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our clinical care team in our inpatient program at our Kirkland location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Substance Use evaluations (ASAM assessment) and provide recovery-oriented group therapy
  • Supervise SUDPTs and provide training to case managers on the proper administration of an ASAM evaluation
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to assist patients achieve their optimal level of mental and emotional health with a focus on chemical dependency issues

Fairfax Behavioral Health is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment. We strive to meet and respond to the needs of our community by offering a continuum of care and evidenced-based programs at multiple locations within our region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or clinical related mental health field and SUDP Certification
  • Minimum of one year's experience working as a Substance Use Disorder Professional or Chemical Dependency Professional in a DBHR certified agency
  • Direct clinical experience in the treatment of chemically dependent patients
