About the Role:
Newport Healthcare is seeking a skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ASAM assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with SUDs and CODs.
- Provide counseling and case management services to individuals with SUDs and CODs.
- Facilitate SUD and COD specific groups and provide education to clients, family, and community.
- Collaborate with the LADC supervisor to develop SUD programming and training.
- Timely completion of documentation and compliance with professional and ethical responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in a health and human services counseling field.
- Current Substance Use Disorder Professional credential from the state where services are being provided.

- Competitive salary range: $55,400 - $72,000/year.
