Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our Inpatient Team at Fairfax Behavioral Health in Kirkland. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide quality SUD services to patients from admission to discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ASAM assessments for patients within 72 hours of admission.
  • Lead SUD-specific group treatment sessions.
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide clinical support for their recovery.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as an integral professional member.
  • Document patient progress in the medical record.
  • Complete discharge summaries and related paperwork when patients discharge.
Qualifications

An associate's degree in Substance Use Counseling or a related mental/behavioral health field is required. You must also possess an unrestricted SUDP credential from the WA DOH. A positive attitude and outlook are essential for success in this role.
