Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ambulatory Nursing Training Coordinator to join our team at UCLA Health. The successful candidate will provide support to the Ambulatory Nursing Team, develop and source training program materials, and coordinate logistics for training events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and source training program materials to meet specific training needs
  • Assist training facilitators in developing training aids, manuals, and handbooks
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue reservations, parking, and equipment
  • Coordinate off-site training for new hires and collaborate with existing training programs throughout the Health System
  • Inform employees of training schedules and program changes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of experience/training
  • Working knowledge of training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint and Vizio software
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
