About the Role

Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Psiatry Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or psychology.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a specialty product sales force, with a focus on CNS/neuroscience products.
  • Strong analytical background, with experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Previous experience working with alliance partners, such as co-promotions.
  • Leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and guide a team.
