Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a safe and secure parking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Direct patrons to parking areas, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Facility Management: Complete daily shift paperwork, record vehicle activity, and maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by location management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Availability: Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience.

Physical Demands: The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.

Work Environment: The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
