Party Host

OBJECTIVE:Party hosts are vital to ensuring our party guests are receiving the best service. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, setting up tables with decorations, entertaining kids, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have. While present at Kids Empire, party hosts perform many tasks with the families throughout the amusement park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Attend assigned parties as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the amusement park.
• Check snack inventory is sufficient and supplies for the birthday party set up.
• Walk the floor regularly to monitor their assigned party tables are satisfied, ensuring drinks and snacks are to customers' satisfaction.
• Monitor and entertain the birthday kids. Overseeing there are no unsafe hazards present and guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Clean tables and sanitize all, i.e. tables, and chairs sweep, and mop the facility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work in a noisy environment created by guests such as children yelling and music.
• Must be able to engage with Huggy Mascot; such as dancing and entertaining guests.
• Must be able to tolerate a hectic work environment during peak hours.
• Must be able to maneuver through small play areas.
• Must be comfortable wearing a mascot suit.
• Work weekends and holidays. (Mandatory)
• Able to work with children ages 1-17.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills § Leadership skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly § Frequent bilateral hand movements.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
