Propark Mobility is seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Parking Operations: Direct clients to available parking spaces, manage parking facilities, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily shift paperwork, record vehicle information, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnights.
