Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a safe and secure parking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Direct patrons to parking areas, provide information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Facility Management: Complete daily shift paperwork, record vehicle activity, and maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by location management.

Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years old
  • Education: High school degree preferred but not required
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Availability: Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year+ of experience in customer-facing roles
