Parking Attendant Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patrons to Parking Spaces: Assist customers in finding available parking spaces, ensuring a seamless and efficient parking experience.
- Complete Daily Shift Paperwork: Accurately record the number of vehicles in and out of the facility, contract parkers, and vehicles left in the facility, maintaining accurate records for management.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain the company's standards of service, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
- Perform Small Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks: Assist with small cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by location management.
- Other Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by location management, contributing to the growth and success of Propark Mobility.

Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school degree preferred but not required.

- Availability: Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
