About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires direct patient care experience in pediatric hematology oncology. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions. One late shift is required per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
