Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our hospice operations, overseeing the coordination of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the coordination of patient admissions, care planning, and ongoing care.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospice, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two or more years of experience in hospice/home care required.
- Three years of experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
- Three to five years of healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
