Overview: Katherine Jones Insurance Agency is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Role:
The Customer Service Advocate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and correspondence from clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular updates to clients on their policies, claims, and other matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance the agency's overall expertise.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
