About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to join our team at Daltile. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Regional Credit Manager in maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring seamless credit and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of credit and collections reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Credit Manager to develop and implement effective credit and collections strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, to support the efficient operation of the credit and collections department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a credit and collections or customer service role, with a strong understanding of credit and collections policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
