Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of General Clerk III at the Houston Independent School District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records and documents
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position with 10 months of work. The salary range is $24, $38,877.60. Houston Independent School District is an equal opportunity employer.
