We are looking for a Construction Project Scheduler to support our Engineering Consulting Team in overseeing construction activities related to Design Build projects. This role is designed for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project timelines to assess construction durations.
  • Evaluate Master, Milestones, and What-If schedules for various projects.
  • Conduct data entry utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Examine project plans to ensure all scope elements are included while collaborating with Project Managers to identify scheduling risks.
  • Collaborate with the Project Controls team to assist in developing Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking.
  • Engage with project controls, accounting, and scheduling personnel from partner agencies and firms.
  • Generate project control reports, including corrective action plans as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Ideal for recent graduates with degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 applications (e.g., email, internet, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Training in project management, scheduling, or cost management.
  • Experience with transportation design and construction projects.
  • Knowledge in developing project schedules, cost management systems, and EVM reporting.
  • Proficiency in project controls software, including Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerBI, Procore, and InEight.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, determined based on various factors including experience, skills, education, and certifications.
