About the Role

The Automotive Cells Company - ACC is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee daily project activities, providing technical guidance and resolving issues promptly to maintain schedule, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with local contractors and suppliers to drive design, execution, and delivery of projects, fostering strong relationships and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate project requirements to the Order Processing Department, providing technical support as needed to facilitate efficient ordering and procurement processes.
  • Manage invoicing and notify the Finance department of necessary interim invoices to be issued to clients, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and time sheets to the Project Manager, as well as monthly project progress reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical report writing skills, with a strong command of English (French is an asset).
  • Proven experience in industrial environments, with up to 7 years of experience in relevant fields within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree (industrial preferred), with practical experience and a solid understanding of project management principles.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent.
