About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance and Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized service and solutions to meet their insurance and financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Insurance and Financial Services: Educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Interest in Insurance and Financial Services: A genuine interest in helping customers manage risk and achieve their financial goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
