We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Gillespie Insurance Services Inc. Key Responsibilities- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Work closely with our team to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our agent to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and objectives.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- A competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
- Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within our agency.
- A hiring bonus up to $1,500.
