As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work closely with our team to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our agent to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
