Position Title: Operations Supervisor

Schedule:

Position Overview: This role is pivotal in assisting the General or Area Manager with the daily management of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the facility and fleet are maintained in excellent condition and appearance.
  2. Monitor employee performance during shifts to guarantee operational standards are upheld.
  3. Provide training to employees to ensure they understand their specific roles.
  4. Complete assigned projects focused on operational enhancements, maintenance, and shuttle repairs.
  5. Effectively manage any customer service challenges that may occur.
  6. Ensure all employees on duty adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  7. Be prepared to fill shifts as necessary, which may involve contacting employees or covering shifts personally.
  8. Comply with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations governing the operation of commercial vehicles.
  9. Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to follow directions promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to collect and summarize data for reporting purposes.
  • A solid employment history with prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Possession of all necessary licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver's license and CDL when applicable.
  • Willingness to undergo a physical examination and meet the requirements to be a certified Interstate driver as mandated by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and courteous demeanor towards both external and internal customers.
