Overview

Minnesota Oncology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff and end-users, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in answering calls from end-users, support companies, and vendors.
  • Document and maintain records of end-user issues, network issues, support, and vendor communications.
  • Troubleshoot basic end-user questions and problems, providing basic user support as needed.
  • Assist supervisor in maintaining network systems, servers, and workstations, installation of software and hardware, and troubleshooting of server and network problems.
  • Set up and delete user IDs and passwords in practice management systems and submit requests to the corporate office for user accounts in file server and email systems.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Information Systems, business, or related technical field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in support of Windows-based systems and other business applications, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience in support of enterprise resource planning systems, hardware platforms, and peripherals, remote troubleshooting, and mobile computing, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
