Care Manager for Adults with Disabilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced LPN - Medical Flex to join our team at TemPositions Health Care. This role involves coordinating the delivery of health care services for adults with disabilities residing in residential programs.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality health care services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Monitoring medication and medical records for individuals receiving services.
  • Consulting with MD's to ensure optimal medical treatments are provided to individuals being supported.
  • Providing guidance and training to direct care staff to ensure proper delivery of health care services.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required.
  • Prior nursing experience and/or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area.
  • Able to work flexible hours and/or days.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, along with an enviable list of comprehensive benefits including four weeks' vacation, personal and holiday days, tuition reimbursement, license renewal and conference/workshop reimbursement, medical, dental, life insurance, and 403(b). Working for TemPositions Health Care may also qualify you to receive loan forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
