We are currently recruiting for a Direct Support Professional to join our team at Institute for Comm Living (ICL). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work approximately 35 hours per week, primarily on weekends, and will receive a competitive salary of $49,000-$54,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Your responsibilities will include providing person-centered care, supporting residents in daily living tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You will work closely with other staff to implement care plans, assist with medication administration, and promote community integration. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically able to perform the demands of the job, including standing, bending, stretching, and lifting.
