Intellectual Disability Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned staff
- Manage personnel, fiscal operations, inventory, and residential services
- Ensure the safety and welfare of residents
- Train and direct staff to meet agency and regulatory requirements
- Administer the residence and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Minimum three years' experience in providing direct services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
