Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Kona Kai Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments and payments.
- Manage guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in property management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.55.
