Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Office Operations: Manage all aspects of the Front Office, including guest registration, bell services, concierge services, and guest reservations.
- Leadership: Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, inspiring associates to meet and exceed standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel guests and resort team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Possess very good organizational skills and multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
- Revenue Management: Have a thorough understanding of room revenue management concepts, ensuring optimal room pricing and inventory management.
- Team Management: Select, train, supervise, schedule, develop, discipline, and counsel associates according to Davidson policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on demand, analyzing room night, rate, and revenue statistics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Opening experience preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in the use of the resort's property management system, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and very good organizational skills.
