Automotive Service Advisor Job Description at Promotive
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Promotive in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts with a keen eye on compliance and audit-readiness.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile fleet clients, ensuring exceptional service and meeting all contractual requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of auditable materials and compliance documentation, regularly submitting them to management for review.
- Take a proactive approach to anticipating client needs, organizing service tasks, and overseeing daily and weekly responsibilities of the team.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to your team, ensuring accountability and timely task completion.
- Contribute to team development by coaching staff on best practices in service, communication, and efficiency.
- Sell services with integrity, focusing on building lasting client relationships rather than short-term gains.
- Monitor contract metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, client communication, and audit compliance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a fleet or high-volume environment.
- A strong understanding of fleet management, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a management-first attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and delegate, maintaining accountability among team members.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, training opportunities, uniforms, and lunch room access.
