Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets
  • Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Candidate must have ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
  • Maintain regular attendance and be willing to travel within the district as necessary

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Affiliate degree or Technical school diploma preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
