Job Title:

Associate Director, Compensation Analytics

Job Summary:
KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Compensation Analytics to join our Human Resources organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related data insights to stakeholders. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with various data sources and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain complex data visualizations, financial models, and analyses to support compensation strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate with compensation team leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges
• Manage and maintain relationships with compensation managers, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, including compensation benchmarking, pay analysis, and job architecture
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation analytics and data management

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
• Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required
• Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS
• Strong quantitative and advanced analytic skills with an ability to explain complex results understandably using visual and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume; be a team player with a positive attitude and strong capacity to work with limited supervision
