About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our team at Adidas AG. As a key member of our Digital Partner Operations team, you will play a critical role in advancing our brand presence and commercial execution with our wholesale partners across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to actively source, manage, and audit the delivery of digital content with key wholesale partners.
  • Utilize data analysis and analytical tools to drive insights and create actionable recommendations to drive business results.
  • Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams to obtain information necessary to create and execute new processes and strategies.
  • Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of new item setup (NIS) and enrichment processes for Amazon.
  • Log content cases for all data-related challenges with our Marketing Operations teams.
  • Attend and support Key Account Managers/Sales Directors for customer business review meetings when necessary.

  • Coordination with customers on NIS (New Item Setup)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels.
  • Ability to identify and quantify sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of retail math.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to understand and translate financial data to make recommendations and decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations that support business decisions.
  • Ability to influence decisions and outcomes cross-functionally.
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
Requisite Education and Experience
  • College or University degree, BA preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years related work experience.
  • Athletic industry-specific experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketplace/trends, SEO strategy, traffic-driving tactics, and data manipulation.
  • eCommerce, omnichannel, and/or digital commerce experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
