Key Responsibilities:
Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals
Develop and implement strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and member referrals
Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive retention and ambassadorship
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
Proven track record of generating personal sales and training sales representatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-changing, diverse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
