Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Community Building Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our studio, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with class selections, membership questions, and Fuel Bar orders, while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing customer needs and maintaining quality standards for services
  • Developing constructive working relationships with clients and staff
  • Providing timely and efficient information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Greeting, assisting, and checking in customers
  • Responding to customer questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling studio membership database and maintaining client base
  • Ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Guiding customers on studio promotions and membership discounts
  • Delivering quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Availability to work 4-5 shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Passion for fitness and training
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum

The estimated salary range is based on the location and the level of experience required for this role. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
