Innovative Environments (IE) is a leading provider of creative solutions seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and promoting our services and products to prospective customers. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution (50%)
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
    • Represent the IE brand to prospective customers and promote our services and products.
  • Marketing and Brand Management (20%)
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote IE's services and products.
    • Collaborate with IE team members to create engaging content and visual materials.
    • Manage and maintain the IE brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Client Services (30%)
    • Client Integration and Project Kick-Off
      • Maintain relationships with current clients during open projects.
      • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Estimator, Detailing/Art team and Fabrication team to communicate customer information, debrief the team, and provide introductions to key client representatives.
    • AIA Billing
      • Invoice customers monthly in accordance with AIA/Progressive Billing principles.
      • Adhere to accounting guidelines for deposits, review invoices for accuracy, and assist with collections, if necessary.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
  • Experience in project management and coordination
