We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Products Diversified Industries Associate to join our team at Regions Bank. As a key member of our Credit Products team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks in existing and proposed credit products.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare credit approval packages, including determination of risk ratings and analysis of financial performance.
- Analyze guarantors to support credit underwriting and assist managers with review of pre-closing loan documents.
- Manage financial reporting requirements, covenant compliance, and documentation exceptions.
- Ensure credit files are complete and up-to-date, and implement tickler systems for timely follow-up.
- Monitor portfolio and servicing activities, and validate risk ratings for companies.
- Identify opportunities for exposure reduction or new opportunities within assigned portfolio.
- Participate in research, preparation, and execution of customer and prospect calls.
- Ensure compliance with internal bank commercial loan policy, credit risk management policy, and external regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Two years of underwriting experience or financial services analysis and accounting experience.
- Completion of a major corporate credit training program or equivalent corporate banking/corporate finance experience.
