Teller Position at Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and maintaining a cash drawer.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and balance a cash drawer
- Complete teller and member service transactions
- Process ATM and night deposit transactions
- Receive and direct telephone calls
- Cross-sell SWACU's products and services to aid in meeting branch and personal goals
- Great attitude and enthusiasm
- Comprehensive knowledge of using a computer, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills to effectively suggest new products and services to members
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of cash handling experience, with a history of good balancing
- One to three years of service experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Starting pay DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8:10am - 5:10pm (No weekends)
