Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Representative is a key player in the property market, responsible for facilitating smooth transactions between buyers and sellers. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your transaction volume. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for professionals in this field to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale.
  • Accompany clients to home showings and open houses.
  • Moderate sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and recent home sales.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote your services.
