POSITION SUMMARY:
The Event Operations Associate serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. This role demands exceptional guest service skills and a thorough understanding of the facility's offerings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Guest Services:
- Manage event ticketing and wristband distribution.
- Welcome guests and provide necessary information and directions.
- Deliver courteous and exemplary service to all visitors.
- Assist guests with registration for various programs and events.
- Maintain knowledge of facility programs, including formats, pricing, and schedules.
- Handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Document and organize waivers and event-related information.
- Record scores for tournaments and leagues, generating daily reports.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding guest and team member information.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures consistently.
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of facility events and gatherings.
- Ensure all event details are executed accurately and timely, maintaining organized records.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members to facilitate event setup and cleanup.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order materials as necessary.
- Adhere to established event processes and standards.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through clear communication.
- Promote facility programs through distribution of marketing materials.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance event visibility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

- Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
