Central Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Central Services Representative to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to patients and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Registration: Schedule and register patients for appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer service issues, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive experience for patients and families.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of clinical services, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer service or clinical support role, with a focus on patient-facing services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
