About the Role

The Vice President, Account Director position at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills. As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing multiple client service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Lead and manage client service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of client service teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Seven plus years of relevant job experience, including senior leadership experience in medical communications.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
