Strategic Commercial Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth across various regions and channels.
- Manage the execution of assortment strategies, including coordination with cross-functional teams and regions.
- Lead the development and implementation of promotion guardrails, ensuring alignment with regional and market needs.
- Support the commercial team in the preparation and coordination of key projects, including trade marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective communication and alignment with regional and market needs.
- Provide analysis and insights to inform business decisions, including the development of assortment management tools and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial strategies and initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial operations role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving process efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations, including assortment management, promotion guardrails, and key initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 to $139,600, depending on experience and qualifications.
