Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily activities of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality results
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise in client service and leadership
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in client service
  • At least 1 year of people leadership experience
  • Licensed (SIE, Series 63, and Series 6)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
