We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team at the University of Arkansas System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff to coordinate care and develop individual health plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care as an RN, including triage, patient education, and coordination of transitions of care.
- Work effectively with patient referral sources, facilitate appointments, and provide patient education on complex conditions.
- Develop and implement individual health plans in collaboration with patients, families, and providers of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Valid Registered Nursing License.
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience.
- Refer BSN or working towards BSN.
- Current BLS.
- ACLS certification (or obtain certification within one year of starting in this role).
