About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Advocate to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients towards interventional treatments and providing them with information about our treatment options.

As a Patient Care Advocate, you will serve as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers, delivering exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics. You will also assist patients in understanding their treatment options and consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.

What We're Looking For
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
