We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at CJPS Home Care, LLC dba Arizona Care Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
About the RoleIn this rewarding career, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in various settings, including their homes, clinics, or hospitals. Your primary focus will be on assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results to develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Administer manual exercises and instruct patients on how to perform non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy treatments and prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and evaluating patient progress.
- Recommend adjustments and patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect agency operations by keeping sensitive information secure.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in physical therapy principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist is essential, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
