Parts Logistics Specialist

As a Parts Logistics Specialist, your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage the picking, packing, receiving, and shipping of all parts orders as instructed, ensuring precision and speed.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate move orders and accurately process returns of good/used items on a daily basis.
  • Confirm that all shipments are directed to the appropriate technician or location, utilizing the correct courier service (UPS vs. FedEx) and shipping method (red vs. ground).
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze situations, communicate effectively, make informed decisions, understand deadlines, and deliver precise outcomes.
  • Maintain a high standard of Customer Service.
  • Prepare shipments for repairable or salvageable components.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

PAY RANGE:
$17-$19/hour

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
