Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at the front desk and ensuring the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes handling guest inquiries, sales, and reservations, as well as providing guidance on hotel amenities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle sales and reservations, including phone and in-person transactions.
- Provide guidance on hotel amenities and services, including dining options and directions.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as billing and inventory management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, with accuracy and efficiency in processing guest transactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Minimum of 2 years consistent employment experience, with a strong track record of customer service excellence.
