- Use excellent knowledge of company products and programs to communicate effectively with team members within the customer service department.
- Prepare documentation for claims, troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for processing claims.
- Complete outbound calls, scheduling technicians for warranty repairs.
- Follow up consistently on all open issues via phone and email.
- Track expected technician visits on a calendar.
- Correspond with customers, process orders/changes/returns according to established procedures, and update account information.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer complaints.
- Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to further enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain positive customer interactions and relationships.
- Maintain product knowledge, understanding of next steps, and the ability to communicate based on audience – consumer, technician, escalation contact.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service-related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Compatible with company culture and core values.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with ERP is preferred.
