Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective, world-class customer service for all internal and external customers.
  • Use excellent knowledge of company products and programs to communicate effectively with team members within the customer service department.
  • Prepare documentation for claims, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for processing claims.
  • Complete outbound calls, scheduling technicians for warranty repairs.
  • Follow up consistently on all open issues via phone and email.
  • Track expected technician visits on a calendar.
  • Correspond with customers, process orders/changes/returns according to established procedures, and update account information.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer complaints.
  • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to further enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain positive customer interactions and relationships.
  • Maintain product knowledge, understanding of next steps, and the ability to communicate based on audience – consumer, technician, escalation contact.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service-related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Compatible with company culture and core values.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with ERP is preferred.
