Our Pediatric Gender Medicine Clinic

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Mental Health Specialist to join our team at the pediatric gender medicine clinic. This is a strong team that is committed to providing excellent care and support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients and their families to identify behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health care plans that target treatment for developmental, psychological, and social problems.
  • Provide direct behavioral health intervention to pediatric patients and their families.
  • Assist families in connecting with services and providers in the community that address social determinants of health.
  • Partner with physicians, schools, law enforcement, and other service providers to ensure well-coordinated care across the healthcare continuum.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Minimum three (3) years post-MSW/MA hospital or equivalent experience.
  • Health industry knowledge preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
