Responsibilities:
Answering multi-line switchboard calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
Distributing mail, packages, and faxes to the correct recipients
Notifying clients of incoming faxes, packages, and other important documents
Office-Related Duties:
Data entry into our accounting system
Scanning checks for deposit into our bank account
Reviewing paperwork to ensure contracts and listings are complete
Notifying the appropriate party of any missing documents via email
Obtaining missing signatures when applicable
Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
2 years of front desk management experience, with some accounting and data entry experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications
Ability to work with confidential information
Reliable form of transportation
